My Faceless YouTube Workflow: Prompt to Published in Under an Hour

This is the pipeline I run for AI-generated short-form video. No camera, no mic, no editor on payroll. Under an hour per batch once you have it dialed in.

Step 1: Topic mining (10 min)

I pull the top questions people ask in my niche from search suggestions and community threads, then have AI cluster them into video-sized topics. One session produces a two week backlog.

Step 2: Script pass (10 min)

I draft scripts with a prompt template that forces a hook in the first line, one idea per video, and a hard 45 second ceiling. The template matters more than the model. Browse my prompt library for the exact one I use.

Step 3: Generation (15 min)

For volume batches I feed topics into AutoShorts.ai and let it handle voiceover, footage, and captions end to end. For hero videos that need to be right, I build them in Revid AI where I can swap individual clips and regenerate the voice until it lands.

Step 4: QC and schedule (15 min)

Every video gets a human pass: pronunciation, caption typos, footage that does not match the line. Kill anything mediocre. Then schedule a consistent drip, because the algorithm rewards cadence over bursts.
