Research: AI first, human judgment second
I use AI to generate the topic map, cluster keywords by intent, and find the questions competitors have not answered. Then I apply the thing AI does not have: knowledge of what my client’s actual customers ask on the phone.
On-page: structured and boring on purpose
Rank Math on every site, AI-drafted meta that I edit by hand, and schema markup everywhere it fits. Boring fundamentals still win, they just take a tenth of the time now.
Ranking help when it matters
For competitive local niches I lean on SEO Ranked to accelerate results rather than trying to brute-force it alone. Knowing when to bring in a dedicated service is part of the system.
Measurement: no dashboard, no strategy
Every site runs MonsterInsights so the ranking work ties directly to traffic and form fills the client can see. If you cannot show the needle moving, the client cancels. Fair enough.
